At The Original Love Blanket™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not in love with your blanket, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unwashed condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold your blanket and place it back in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and inserts are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
